BPI Accreditation and the Home Performance with Energy Star program is an ideal match for the guiding principles that have governed McClure Construction over the last 30+ years. The training and testing procedures allows us to know with certainty that we are delivering projects that are both aesthetically pleasing and will perform above expectations. We are equipped and trained to provide comprehensive home assessments, also known as energy audits. The testing methods include the use of a blower door and a thermal infrared camera. This testing coupled with the reporting software will identify the specific areas in a home or other building where energy is being lost and, based upon the cost of upgrades, the payback period for improvements. We are committed to providing each client with the best solution for their unique home or building.
